Unable to sign on Amazon.com

I have been trying to sign on amazon.com from my S6 using the Chrome browser. I am absolutely certain that the registered email and password are typed properly in addition to the verification code I am supposed to enter. I always get an error message saying that "there is a problem with my email/pw combination". I do not have this problem accessing this site from my computer ! Anyone has experienced the same problem ?

Tank you for your suggestion. I did what you recommended and unfortunately I am still rejected with the same invalid sign-in. Very frustrating.
