Why does my Samsung S6 email account only connect to local wifi?

My Samsung s6 email account will only connect to local wifi

I have an email account through work and it will only sync when I'm on the office access point. I will not connect as mobile or at other wifi points such as at home. ITtworked fine up until last week.
