Question on setting custom wallpaper images

Quick question for anyone that uses your own photos for lock screen or home screen wallpapers. I have used this forever on my lockscreen. I have maybe 10 photos. I wanted to go in and add a few new photos to it and i know I used to be able to do it but know it appears I have to start all over again and reselect all the photos from my gallery. Can someone else who uses this check and see if its the same? Thanks in advance.

damn ok thanks..it didn't used to be like this. I know for a fact that over time I've added recent pics to it but now it won't let me. Thanks for checking.

actually I have found how to do that. but it only works for the lock screen wallpaper.
so after you select some pics for the lock screen and you want to add some more this is what you have to do.
go to settings, wallpaper, then on the top left change from home screen to lock screen, then scroll the thumbnails at the bottom of the screen until you find the one shown as being the wallpaper and tap on it, then tap on the + button to add more pics.
also if you move or delete any of the pics you have selected you will have to start over from scratch.
