Can I purchase an unlocked S7 Edge from Verizon?

I would not suggest it I just switched to AT&T from verizon had the v10 and g4 both phones unlocked and world phones with the proper bands and would not get LTE not even eh or eh or even h+ all I got was simple H so I did some digging and i guess verizon has it so LTE only works with there Sim cards. Trust very upset about this because I spent over 1200 to pay of these phones ??????
