Impossible to tell. It's good if your phone has been off the charger for 30 hours as well. It's not if it's been 10.

Screen on time is relevant to how long your phone has been unplugged.

That isn't enough information. It says your on-screen time is 6 hours 42 minutes and your phone says it has 1% battery remaining.

We need to know:
1) Was your battery fully charged 6 hours 42 minutes before it drained to 1%?

2) Were you using the phone actively?
