Enable Accessibility notice - how do I stop it?

I've been getting a pop-up that tells me I need to enable Accessibility Services in Nova Launcher to use them.

I don't use them. I don't want to to use them. But, I am, apparently, accidentally swiping the screen in such a way that the phone thinks I do.

Is there ANY way at all to have the phone ignore any gesture that is not specifically defined in the Gesture settings?

This is getting on my last nerve.

Thank you.

Frankly, Karina, I turned it on just to shut the thing up.

What the setting does is allow Nova to bring the notifications down with a down-swipe from pretty much any part of the screen, such as the swipe you did to cause the notification to pop up in the first place.

Sigh. Thanks. At least, it's mostly harmless.
But, man, if you have the gesture set to "Do Nothing", you shouldn't get a nag when you do it.
