Can I transfer the SD Card from my S5 to the S7?

I would like to take the SD card from my S5 and put it into my S7. The SD card was in there when I got the phone, hasn't been replaced. How can I do this?

I dont have an S7, but I would assume that you can easily pop the card out from 1 phone and pop it into the new one.

Open the back of the S5 and remove the battery. There should be a slot where your SD card is. You simply slide the card out. Then in your S7, you need to pop out the SIM card holder and there should be an empty space for you to put the SD Card into.

Now it could be me...but I tried and niether the larger or micro SD card seems to fit???

Welcome to Android Central! Are you sure you're inserting the microSD card in the microSD slot, rather than the SIM slot?
