S8+ bad sound quality

[AC Question]

I used to own a samsung j3 and I would be able to be in a call and listen to music or watch videos without loosing any sound quality but with my s8+ I try doing the same thing and my media quality suffers a lot. I can hear the person thats calling me but any other audio outputs just sounds trashy, is anyone else experiencing this or has a solution?

I am also experiencing this. Absolute terrible audio quality. Used to hookup my s4, s6, and V10 up via auxiliary and listen to music all the time. The quality and hiss is so bad that I'll probably end up returning the phone as I'm on the road often.
