Restart apps after backing up with Titanium Backup

Hei,

I have a rooted Galaxy S3 (I9300), with Titanium Backup Free installed.
Whenever I take backup of apps, TB terminates all the running in the background (for ex Llama, Juice defender Ultimate etc).
It even changes the keypad to Samsung keypad, if the current one is Swiftkey or Swype.

What is the way to get the apps running again after backup is completed?
One way is to buy Pro version of TB.
Any other ways?
Maybe a third party app to start those apps!
