Tab stuck in charging mode?

Twice now I've had my Tab show the battery as charging in AC Mode after removing it from the dock. When it's like this, the system reports the battery percentage at whatever it was when I removed it and it stays there. Third party battery widgets like Battery Left show the incorrect percentage as well. Only thing I've figured to do about it is shut down and restart. Anyone else seeing this?

I see it too, but it doesn't bother me too much. I just restart the device.
