How do I clear passwords for a Galaxy 3 Tab (SM-T310)

I have accidentally deleted the Play News Stand app (it still shows in the apps list but I cannot do anything with that as it seems to be just text) and want to re-install it but when I try to access Play Store it goes straight to an auto login screen and informs me that I have entered a wrong password. I cannot see where to change the password although I have followed the screen links. I assume the password is stored on the TAB so how do I get to it?

It sounds like you need to go to the Play Store and have them let you reset your password!
