samsung tab s 8.4 (sm-t705) version 5.0.2, wifi &bluetooth not responding

Hi,

Im a new user of this tab s 8.4. Im installing a few games using wifi and have done transfer fews photos through bluetooth. All of this success and just after im updating my tab, wifi & bluetooth is not responding. Wifi & bluetooth could not turn onm butmi can still use my mobile data. Please help.

Have you tried turning it on and off?

I believe you can force a restart by pressing the Vol Down and the Home button and hold them for a while.

I have the same problem with my T705. Someone help please. Is this a hardware issue? I tried several troubleshooting tips provided in the internet like deleting caches and stuff to no avail.

I updated 5.0.2 on my 705y using kies no issues. Have you tried factory reset? If that's not working still, it is time for warranty claim.
