    All you have to do is call verizon global support and if your account is in good standing, they will unlock the device for you to use on either digicel or Lime.

    Rezound Update on the way...Again

    I was having the same problems getting the updates after calling Verizon they couldn't help they tried everything . I called HTC support and they suggested that I change my SIM card. And wala now I'm all updated.

    When I try to check for updates. Nothing happens. Could something be wrong with my phone. I still did not receive that update a few months back.
