I ordered it too. If it turns out to be a sub-par case, then I'm out 8 bucks. I'll live. I called Bell and they will charge 5 bucks for a micro SIM. They also charge $20 for the phone activation. I'm gonna try to cut the SIM and see how that works out.

Your best bet for a N4 case is online. Buy one from China or Hong Kong and save some money. Check it out on ebay.

Others here have said that UPS will leave it at your front door. To be safe, phone UPS and arrange for them to do that, or pick it up at your nearest UPS depot.

Just got my shipping notice too! I'm in Halifax. The UPS tracking is already available, it shows that the device shipped yesterday from KY, and is scheduled to be delivered Dec 19. It's a magical day!

No, there won't be any additional fees. I ordered a N7 this past summer, which came from the US, and there wasn't any additional fees.

The same thing happened to me yesterday, but it was a screen protector for my N4 :(
