I think one of the selling points for me for getting the phone was the second screen. Once it was confirmed I could add my choice of app shortcuts, my opinion of the phone increased tremendously.

Thanks a lot - worked for me (AT&T S6). Downloaded and installed the app, opened it and tapped the Restore button, Private Mode toggle reappeared in Quick Settings. Subsequently uninstalled the app, and the toggle's still there. -# Cheers! #-
