As soon as a stable Jelly Bean rom is available for the Note I'll be flashing...yep. Updates are never a guarantee and then you're at the mercy of the carriers.

I too had grown tired of waiting on at&t so I rooted my gnote (extremely easy) last night with a fast, and flawless ics Rom. It's the best thing I've done with my note so far.

I don't have any problem with billing an actual app to my cell phone bill. But, as far as books, movies, and music at&t still doesn't allow you to place the charge on your cell phone yet.

I do agree with the placement of the volume button and power button directly being across from each other. I have also gotten better at it but it is still a little annoying. No way is it a deal breaker for this amazing smartphone/tablet :)
