Is there an official extended battery? I'm a little leary of buying a battery that might not charge properly while in the phone, or one that will damage my phone. Love this phone (switched from iPhone 3GS)

I just got a GS2 (loooooove it) - i'm coming from a iphone 3gs with unlimited. my question isn't about unlimited data (ATT transferred this over to the GS2). my question is im still using my normal 3GS SIM...do i need an upgraded SIM to get the 3.5G speeds or do i need to talk to ATT about...

I'm currently grandfathered into an unlimited data plan with iPhone 3GS on ATT. Can I carry this unlimited over to a 4G GS2 plan? Will I need a new SIM card? Thanks for any help!
