I have noticed a difference when I unplug then plug back in. I unplugged the phone for the second time this morning at 6:30, and my batterey is still at 91% at 10:30, I didn't plug it in while in the car.

I haven't had any issues using the music player with the GPS. I have used the stock, Pandora, and slacker. The only time that I lost a GPS connection was while I was in the car wash... But it came back seconds after exiting it.

I have had that issue, you just change the setting to something else... i.e disk drive, or htc sync. unplug, then plug it back, and change it back. You should see something like prepairing SD Card. then everything should go well.

+1 To leaving it in rice for at least 72 HOURS. (I did that after my BB taking a swim in the pool, and everything was back to normal except for the liquid indicator.) The distorted screen is frightening especially on a smartphone, but it will most likely go away using that rice trick.

Yea, I have had that problem, the only real thing that is annoying. I can be using my phone at night, and the lights just go off. It is dark enough for the light sensor, but just no lights.

I really think that I would have demanded that they order another one right on spot. That is unexceptible for them to allow another customer remove the protection from your device. I was annoyed when the RS associate took my screen guard off. But I kept my composure until he started playing...

I purchased the maximum protection cover, and it came with the solution, it was in a separate bag inside of the package. I would call them. I too did have a slight coloration on my moisture sensor, I think its because I put the rear cover on with it attached to the unit, squeezing the excess...
