So I want to sell my phone but I am afraid that if I do and they hit the activate button it will reactivate this phone and make my EVO V 4G usless. So how do I go about having them activate this phone and getting a new number? do they have to do that online or can they do it by the app?

Yup but give it a few weeks and there will be a working ROM with mms. I'm just waiting for a CM9 rom. I'm not to fond of Sense.

YES! I got one. So happy. And it was the last one in the store too. Having some trouble trying to activate it. But I am still happy I got one.
