Has anyone gotten the Amaze 4G camera APK to work on ICS?

Wow! That's what youtube really looks like? That's what Talk and Gmail really look like? Amazing improvements in usability and UI. Then there's messaging and people. Apps that look like they belong back in 2008. Anyone else disappointed in how HTC handled the ICS update for their core apps?

Anyone else disappointed in the decrease in snapiness and speed with this device? it just seems to lag all the time now, especially when opening apps. EDIT: I'm running GO Launcher which uses 69MB, Just checked Sense and that uses 224MB!!
