Mine just went from Pending to Processing, so probably shipping today, which is a day late (still says October 24-25 delivery date). Black 32 XL ordered from Fi on the 21st.

Me too. Pretty frigging annoying to pay for overnight shipping, and they can't even give me an updated ship date. It's obviously not coming today.

Don't have a Pixel yet, but on my 6P, location notifications with Android Pay work about 10% of the time. Probably has something to do with Google trying to balance battery life with location checking frequency ... and failing.

OIS can reduce blur in still photos significantly at longer exposure times. EIS cannot.

You don't need to launch Android Pay at all. Just unlock your phone and hold it up to the terminal. I use it at the vending machines at work, and that's about it.

It is much less slippery than a hagfish, but for a phone, I would not say it is grippy in any way shape or form. Not saying this has been a problem for me, but if you're expecting it to be grippy, you'll be disappointed. My LG G3 would happily sit on an open palm at 45 degrees and go nowhere...

Mine is very white and uniform. I would imagine they must do some calibration of these screens at the factory, since OLED panels are not very consistent.

It's a big phone, and that comes with trade-offs that you need to get used to, or not. I owned a Note 5 for a week, and noticed several places where I could put my G3 that the Note 5 would not fit so well ... it stuck out of my bike jersey pocket, and it was too heavy for my car sun visor to...
