omg....STILL loving playing with my EVO!!! Had some issues early on with running the battery down to nothing WAY too fast, but thanks to some great info found here, I'm now using Juice Defender and am still at 80% battery life after 12 hrs. :) :)

I was having this problem myself...stopped in @ the sprint store and tech there turned on my sprint updater app. Haven't had it happen since.

Read this thread yesterday and left a message for Art. He called me back and was able to pull up my info and let me know that I'm not due to an upgrade until 9/1. He said he'll give me a call back on 9/1 and we'll get my EVO ordered and charge it to my sprint bill.
