    Do I have to root first then DL rom manager or do I DL this app first? I have a droid incredible and I have no idea how to root. Kind of intimidated by the whole thing.

    I got a text from a number I don't recognize, and it has red explanation point next to it , what does that mean? I'm using the stock HTC text app Sent from my ADR6300 using Tapatalk
