I have always gotten awful speeds but I made that switch and it seemed to be a bit better. I am still not happy but dealing with it.

To this day I am still having the same problem. Mine is just over a month old. I know my WiFi is good as my other phone never drops. Very frustrating!!

I am in the Sacramento, Ca. area and received it on Monday. I waited until 6:00 PM PST to install it just in case something went wrong and would be stuck without my phone all day. The install was fast and smooth. Some of the settings changed (small changes) but other then that it was flawless.

I think wireless charging is a great feature BUT I would not go running out to get a new phone just because of that.

hell_on_hells. I agree. My 3G on AT&T was awesome. I never had any problems. I used to travel A LOT for my job and never had any problems no matter where I was.

Ntchwaidumela, Yes, that was my next step. I am just so disappointed with the whole experience so far. The damage is already done. According to both Sprint locations I have been to, my area is still over 6 months out before it is goes to LTE. I dont want to wait that long just to get better...

hell_on_heels, Like I said in the other post, I believe it is just a phone issue as the HTC 4G works great. As far as the home button, when I was in the store they all pretty much feel the same. I am not worried as I will be going to a different phone.
