I guess you didn't read where the OP said "tried the wipe the cache.." Mine seems kinda laggy too, not as much if I constantly close all apps, but more laggy than before lollipop

Go into Chrome settings and you can choose to have new tabs show up as tabs inside of chrome (the way it was before lollipop) instead of each tab being treated as its own open app.

I've been charging with my old S3 charger and car charger no problem. Strangely the first time I charged it, it wouldn't go past 80% this way. After I used the USB3 cable to charge it up to 100% the USB 2 cables worked all the way.
