Here is about a full day of average use from 9:45am to 11:15pm. WiFi was turned off, as I don't really see a need either. Will try again with WiFi on.

The flick-to-wake is still there for me (with ambient mode off) - kind of wish there was a way to adjust the sensitivity, though.

The watch pulls the WiFi info from your phone. If you try to connect to another WiFi network via the watch, it will ask you to confirm it on the phone.

Although I don't wear it during Aikido for safety reasons, I have worn my 360 during workouts (cardio, walking/running) and have not had a problem with sweat (and I do sweat quite a bit).

Received my update this morning as well. So far so good - I do like the improved menu quite a bit. The wrist-twist scrolling seems a bit awkward, but actually works pretty good. In SF Bay Area on Sprint if that matters.

Update after 2 days: Soon after doing the update, my phone would run quite warm, and the battery was draining fairly quickly. Wiped the cache partition, but still no good. Uninstalled Google Fit, as some others had reported problems. The phone did cool down for a bit, but the problem returned...
