Bluetooth stop working after 30 seconds on my brand new Xperia XZ

Bluetooth stop working after 30 seconds on my brand new Xperia XZ .
i have another Xperia XZ too but this one work perfectly with the same bluetooth devices. My brand new Xperia XZ still connect to bluetooth device, but sometime even if connected the device is not working at all or it works for around 30 second.
i tried to erase cache in storage option. i booted in safe mode, same problem in safe mode. Right now im trying with xperia companion software on PC to repair my phone.

Any ideas ? thanks for help

Welcome to Android Central! Is the Bluetooth radio turning off after 30 seconds, or do the connected Bluetooth devices become disconnected? Is this happening while the screen is on, or while the screen is asleep?
