Sony Z1, why is it even after insertion the headphones it asks to insert the headphones?

Sony Z1, even after insertion headphone asks to insert the head phone

Recently my mobil had display damage and given for repair. Post repair, i am facing below problems
1. Phone is over heat while speaking in call
2. even after inserion of head phones it asks to insert your headphone.

what is reasons for above issue and resolution of cause.

It may be that damage other than that to the display was done by whatever it was that damaged the display.
It may be that the problems you describe were caused during the repair process.
There's no way that we can know.
The resolution of the problems will depend on first establishing the cause, if you can possibly do that.

To be practical, it may be best just to discuss it first with the repairer.
