Can I charge my Xperia Z2 overnight?

Charging my Xperia Z2 overnight

Hi, will the battery lose power or something like that if I leave my Xperia Z2 charging overnight? Like if it charges to 100% and I keep it (while I'm asleep) for another 2-3 hours will it cause any problems?

So overcharging is not a problem right? And I mustn't let the phone get below 40%?

Overcharging shouldn't be a problem. I have been charging phones overnight for the longest time and have not had a problem.

Correct. If you like, you can make it 50%, which as I understand it is even better. The more you allow the battery to discharge before recharging, the sooner the battery will lose capacity to hold charge, and begin to give trouble.
