Help: Shortcut to Gmail Labels in the dock

I use two different gmail accounts, and keep a shortcut to the inbox to each in my dock.
Until recently, this worked fine - when I pressed the icon, it went straight to the inbox.
Now, after I made some changes to the phone, the labels don't work. When pressing either label (which were set to the different accounts) what comes up is the Inbox of whichever account I accessed last.

Changes I recently made:

1. Rooted, and installed Midnight Rom 5.2
2. Switched from LauncherPro to Go Launcher Ex.
3. Installed the latest Gmail update.

Does anyone know if any of those things has been known to cause the problem I'm currently facing?

Process of elimination... I would go back to Launcher Pro, see if things change. Next you can uninstall the latest GMail update, then re update after testing...

Then that would like the ROM to be last but I doubt the ROM has anything to do with it.

I have a similar situation with the Epic 4g, no modifications, just stock Gingerbread 2.3. Is there any way I can get shortcut indicators on the dock as to which mail account has mail?
