I can't seem to keep this feature "turned on". I'll receive a few calls and be able to use this feature and then a few days later this feature isn't enabled. Is there a trick to keeping it turned on?

I've never ran into this issue either. The reply messages are always there if I want to use them.

Happens to me all the time. I'll see the pull up list available on some calls and not on others. Has nothing to do with the person calling either. Half the time I don't see the menu when my wife calls, the other half of the time I do.

Sorry it's happening to you too, but glad to know I'm not going crazy and am the only one this happens to.
