Paid Applicatoins After Factory Reset

I did a factory reset on my phone yesterday..backed up ALL of my data (copied all folders from my phone--sd card and everything--to my computer) before hand...and cannot find my paid applications listed in my google account (Google Play via internet on a computer). I was able to download some applications that i also downloaded to my ASUS transformer tablet, but does anyone know if the applications that I paid for and downloaded only to my phone are recoverable?

if you go to the playstore on your phone and press menu/my apps then swipe to over it should show you all the apps you purchased with your account.
