now i am not rooted

I dont understand. i was rooted and using MOAR rom and then i decided to flash slim 4.3 rom. Everything was working fine until i tried to use the cache cleaner which it kept saying no superuser permission. i download rootchecker and checked my root status and it now says im not rooted. i flashed other roms before and never came across this before.

Turn root access on in settings-developer options. Should be right above USB debugging I think.

i look everywhere in my settings and there is no option for that. i cant even find usb debugging

ok i clicked on superuser then clicked on update binary for like the 10th time and it finally updated and now i have root access.
