How do you copy files from your computer to the phone

I went to drag over to the memory card from my computer and i got a message saying that the files may not properly play on the deice. Do i need to download something first??

this is my first samsung device so i am a little lost

i just returned the 4gLTE

You should just be able to skip that warning iirc

Its just a warning. Nothing more. When it says convert and copy? just say NO.

and that also includes your warning as well.

assuming that you have hi-lighted the file that you want to move, right click 'copy', then you open the phone's external sd card drive inside 'Computer'.......navigate to the right folder + place curser inside blank area + right-click 'paste'........your file(s) should be now parked inside the phone's internal sd card storage.
