Shared notepad between phones

Does anyone know is any app that is a notepad style with a widget. But the catch is that the widget auto update between phones. The one thing I'm looking to do is have an "active" grocery list between the phones. Where when I add something to the list it automatically appears on my wife's phone. And visa versa. I currently have a gs3 and she has an evo 4g LTE.

I'd be curious about such an app. My wife and I use the flicknote app, which syncs with simplenotes.com. Accomplishes exactly what you're looking for, but with no widget showing the contents of the note(s). You can create a shortcut icon to a specific note (such as your grocery list). We use it to keep track of account numbers, passwords, wifi logins, etc. It has no built in password protection, so I also use Smart App Protector to password protect it.
