Phone stuck on rethink possible.

Hello, My motorola atrix 2 is stuck on the rethink possible screen, will charge however can't even do a factory reset since the computer doesn't reconize device, since its frozen on that screen. any help would be great! thanks

Have you tried taking the battery out holding power button. Then reinstalling the battery and starting it normally

Hello, no I have not tried that I have held the power button and volume at the same time, and it brings up a screen that says battery is ok ect. Im getting so frustrated I will try that. Thanks
