So I have a moto g stylus 5g 2022. It started out refusing to charge when it was plugged in. So I restarted it. It's been stuck in startup mode loop since. I tried recovery Mode but there is no command found and it won't enter safemode https://vlc.onl/ . I even tried factory reset and is still goes back to the same start up loop. I even tried hooking it up on my laptop but it doesn't show as a device. Please help I've completely run out of ideas.

Sounds like a hardware failure unfortunately. You could see if there are usb drivers available for your computer for it and try again. Or try a different computer or port and see if it can be detected. Also try a different cable, you may have a charge only cable.

When you see the No Command screen, try pressing and holding Power, then press Vol Up, then release both at the same time. Does the Recovery Menu appear?

Yep when you see the Android on his back and it says no command, it's waiting for you to give it a command, which is what B. Diddy explained. That will then take you to the recovery menu
