Google Now having issues with math questions

I've been having an issue with Google Now that just recently started about a month ago and it's driving me nuts.

I use Now for simple division and multiplication to find the percentage of a number. This used to be a flawless way of getting quick calculations, but now it's giving nothing but headaches. See below:

"five point eight divided by 1 50 1.2 times 100" should be "5.8 / 151.2 * 100"

more examples- (all spoken)
5.2 divided by 1 50 1.2 times 100

5.3 divided by 1:51 times 100

the 1 below is correct
1.2 divided by 95 times 100

.3 divided by 54 times 100

.6 divided by 85 times 100

The other thing that's weird is that when I say "5.8" by itself that's what I get, but as soon as I say "divided by", "5.8" changes to "five point eight" (as in the very first example). So far, this is the only number I have the issue of it being spelled out, but the issue with "1 50 1.2" and "1:51" happens frequently. This is so maddening, I am totally stumped!

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? (Like use a sledgehammer to gently open the case and extract the frontal cortex in clockwise direction) lol
