Anyone else have trouble updating?
Yes, I know, assuming those wanting too. I keep getting an error notice. Server stopped communicating, or something similar. Been trying all week, same issue wifi or LTE.

Maybe update not available for me yet, or some other problem I need to address?

Have the same thing. Will keis tonight. Want to see if the modem update will address my connection issues

I have not seen it OTA. I checked kies with my phone hooked up and it is there. Have not updated yet, have not had reason to. I have not had any connection issues so far.

I have had this issue since the phone came out the first day. Quite frankly, I am glad. I don't want to be forced into an ota update until I want it. And even then, I will flash a known stable rom over whatever crap at&t tries to provide. AT&t is one of the most enept carriers at putting out updates that actually work.
