email login fails

I am no longer able to access any of my email accounts through the email app. I have tried clearing data in the app and I have tried deleting the accounts and adding them back in. I have tried to two most common bits of advice I can find on the internet.

Login fails every time now. Occasionally has turned into always.

Any other ideas?

Is this account a icloud? Because if it is I haven't been to login to it for a week now

No-yahoo and work outlook.

not sure about Yahoo but I do know that I had to change my work email server credentials to m.outlook .com when the phone updated to JB.

We use Exchange server
