My Win7 computer is not connecting by Bluetooth to my S3. When I troubleshoot the computer/phone Bluetooth connection on the computer it tells me the "Bluetooth Peripheral Device" is not installed and Windows cannot find it online. Under installed devices on the computer the phone states it needs troubleshooting. On the S3 the computer shows as paired but nothing happens when I press that box on the Bluetooth pairing screen. My Bluetooth earpiece works fine. I did have my S3 working via Bluetooth with my computer but it may have been a different S3 than the one I have now-I don't remember. Anybody have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
