Well right now it is only coming out to mobilcity and maybe the other carriers. But mobilcity uses the same AWS as T-Mobile. If they make a Roger, Bell Nexus S then it will be able to be on ATT but as of right now no. Only on mobilcity's AWS which is the same as T-Mobile's AWS.

Nexus s supports 900/1700/2100 for 3g. ATT is on 850 and 1900. So it's a no-go on getting 3g on att right now.

Not sure what the Canadian carriers use. They may be like Europe and use 900/2100.
