Maybe this link will help: What BLOATware should I disable in Settings | applications mgr?

    or: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...UE&pli=1#gid=0

As far as AT&T Exclusive.... I disabled everything but at&t software update. Goto: Your Play Store, then "My Apps", then "all", anything there that says at&t that has the option to uninstall updates, are indeed freezable.

I noticed, "a noticeable" performance difference....wouldn't classify it as significant. I'm kind of OCD about having stuff running that I don't use, I would have froze them, even if it wasn't a performance issue. :-D

Over at XDA-Devlopers there is this link Applications Safe to Remove - xda-developers and they have an active Google Docs spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...sharing#gid=16 you can view to offer guidance.
