Galaxy S4 Voicemail notification

Hello, recently my S4 on AT&T started giving me the notifications on the screen bar after someone left a voicemail. I've always used the visual voicemail app and clicked were it says notifications to display messages off. Well it's been working fine - I didn't get any alerts when someone left voicemails. All of sudden it stopped working and im getting notifications now. Anyone have an idea to fix that back so it stops giving me the notifications?

Do you maybe have notifications muted? Swipe down the notifications bar, and check the speaker icon.
