Browser has internet but apps don't.

My browser always has internet. Its always fast even with one bar. But sometimes my apps will have no mobile network at all. You can click on browser and its fast but click on an app like ebay for example and bo network. When wifi connected every thing works. Does not matter gingerbread, froyo. Put my sim card in an old iphone and everything works perfect everywhere so i don't think its my carrier. Apn correct. Things i have tried: ram booster, clear cache, format reinstall oden, back to stock froyo, ics, now at kies installs gingerbread.
