I have recently received the S4 that was with Rogers and I have unlocked it for Telus a few days ago. My old S4 had some issues so someone gave me theirs but I realized that the Wifi toggle will not enable and same goes for the Bluetooth. I would tap on the switch to turn on Wifi but it would turn back off, I don't even see the slide turning green. Even when I pull down the notification bar and tap on Wifi, it does not turn on. (All the same for the Bluetooth toggle)
A friend of mine said that I should try a factory reset, and I have but that did nothing :'(
I'm hoping it's not a hardware issue and something that can be fixed. Any help would be appreciated.
