A bit concerning for sure. Next phone will most likely either be a Nexus or a iPhone (since I use Mac OS more now).

Will say that the Moto X 2014 is still going strong. Hard to believe I've had it for almost 2 years now.

Only the Pure 2014 X got the official Marshmallow update. But you can always flash a Marshmallow ROM

Any news about the Moto X 2014 update 6.0.1?

I'm still waiting for the bluetooth fix for the Mi Band (to use as smart lock device)

I've given up. This Marshmallow refusal issue means my next phone will NOT be a Motorola. Motorola can suck eggs for updating the Moto X 2014 everywhere but the US.

Still on 6.0 but my 2nd gen Nexus 7 has received 6.0.1 and runs really well. Honestly my Moto X runs pretty bad and i dont know if its b/c it hasnt received the 6.0.1 update. Im not getting full functionality of all my apps, The phone will open apps on its own, My signal strength has deteriorated, If im streaming music while on the charger the phone heats up and the battery goes from 37% to zero even though its plugged in.
