for the 16gb version of either? highly doubtful, considering this has 3x the memory plus mcsd support(note does too, ipad nope) under the right circumstance's, i would have no problem adding cash, but also, to take a nexus 7 (8 or 16gb), i would need cash to make it exceptable. nexus at most is a $250 device, 64 gb transformer prime, try to get for $250, still not going to happen
