I am going from a Note 4 to a Note 5. I have a lot of apps that I use. How do I back up the app and the data do I don't lose it.
I went from a Note 3 recently to a Note 4 due to a malfunction in the Note 3. I lost nearly all my data that wasn't in a Google app, (especially going through 2 refurbished Note 4's till they gave me the Note 4 as a warranty replacement), and most of my data that wasn't in Google apps didn't come over.
TMobile is having a promotion where i can "jump" to a Note 5 for no cash outlay, and I would like to store ALL MY DATA, especially GOOGLE BOOKS, to my laptop. I travel a lot and could use my laptop to read the books. I have about 50 books out there and I just found out if I could get them on my laptop, I could also move them to my Nook.
Can you recommend a program that works reliabily. I have read up on Helium, but it seems iffy at best. Is there anything better that would allow me to back up everything to my laptop.
