Am I missing something?

Ok, so WIND Mobile Canada pushed out Marshmellow to my Note 4 today, I downloaded and install the 1.5GB update. Even though the icons look pretty nice the apps still look the same when I open them, this include the phone app, message app, etc. Am I missing something?

No, a lot of times Android itself is updated but the apps aren't.
